Syncostyle Limited (trading as Jupli) ("we", "us" or "our") only collects the information necessary to operate the Four by Six app.
When you upload a photo for printing, we store the file securely, for 45 days. After 45 days the file is automatically deleted. Photos uploaded for printing are accessible by us, but we will only access them if there is an issue, such as if you email us to report a problem with your prints.
Your photos and shipping address are shared with the printing company, Prodigi. Your photos will be seen by members of Prodigi's staff during printing and packaging. If your photos contain illegal content, this may be reported to the police or other relevant authorities.
Prodigi will store your photo files for up to 45 days. Prodigi will store your address details for up to 7 years for their tax records. For more information, please see Prodigi's privacy policy.
When you make a purchase in Four by Six, your payment is processed by Stripe. They store your payment details and email address securely. We do not ever have access to your card details, but may access transaction information given to us by Stripe. For more information, please see Stripe's privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@fourbysix.app. We will remove as much data as we can, including asking Prodigi and Stripe to remove your information.
